As a sponsor or exhibitor, your business will be aligned with the vision of the Holistic Market: to build awareness of holistic products and services available in the Okanagan to "Connect Body, Mind & Spirit".

How to register

Registration is open for monthly markets through to December 11, 2016.

  • 1. Download and complete the 2016 Exhibitor Registration (Click on link. When you see the form, right click to save to your computer, fill it out, save again, then send as an attachment. If you try any other way the info will not be saved. Trying to do this on a tablet will not work.)
  • 2. Review the floor plan and select the area you would prefer to be in.
  • 3. Email, snail mail or drop off completed application.
  • 4. Complete payment option.
  • 5. Email logo or pic and short bio to be used on website. Bios received up to 10 days prior to market date are guaranteed to be posted.
  • Booth space will be confirmed when registration form AND payment are received.

Qualifying Criteria

In order to provide diversity to market attendees, the number of exhibitors in each industry may be restricted. Preference is given on a first-come, first-served basis with completed registration form and full payment received. Exhibitors must have an active business in BC and meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Healing Arts practitioner (reiki, shiatsu, tesla, BodyTalk, etc)
  • Produce/sell all-natural products
  • Provide a service in the natural health care industry
  • Artist making/selling unique items
  • Offer psychic, intuitive, or card readings

Fees

  • Receipts will be emailed.
  • Fees shown are per market.
  • GST is included in prices below.
  • Payment options:
  1. e-transfer (email to [email protected] with password holistic)
  2. cheque or money order made out to Holistic Market Okanagan
  3. credit card via PayPal

PayPal links: "Buy Now" buttons will be directed to PayPal for credit card processing. All PayPal payments incur a credit card processing fee under 'Shipping/Handling'.
