Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration


How to register

  • 1. Complete and submit the 2018 Registration Form by clicking on the purple button below. For the next event date, use the FLOOR  PLAN to select your booth preference.
  • 2. Complete payment option.
  • 3. Email logo or picture and short bio to be used on website.
  • Bios received up to  7 days prior to market date are guaranteed to be posted.
  • 4. View the pdf  VENDOR  GUIDE  for info on set-up times, parking and more.

Qualifying Criteria

In order to provide diversity to market attendees, the number of exhibitors in each industry may be restricted. Preference is given on a first-come, first-served basis with completed registration form and payment received. Exhibitors must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Healing Arts practitioner (Reiki, Shiatsu, Tesla, BodyTalk...)
  • Produce/sell all-natural products
  • Provide a service in the natural health care industry
  • Artist making/selling unique items
  • Offer psychic, intuitive, or card readings

Included with Registration

  • 6 ft table, 8 ft table, or 4 ft of a shared 8 ft table, unless otherwise specified
  •     (bring your own tablecloth)
  • chairs
  • power
  • pipe and drape (black cloth backdrop) for centre booths (#16-#27)
  • contact info and bio on website (premium positioning available for extra fee)

*NOT* Included with Registration

  • Dividers, pipe and drape (EXCEPTION: the centre exhibitors will have pipe & black drape dividers see floor plan)

  • Tablecloths: bring your own table covering, long enough to hide any items stored under the table.
  • Tablecloth rental is available if you prefer, or forget to bring one, for $10 + gst.



  • Receipts will be emailed.
  • Fees shown are per market.
  • GST is included in prices.

Large Booth: approx 8ft x 8ft or 9ft x 7ft $168.00

Small Booth: approx 4ft x 8ft $84.00

Small Booth on raised STAGE, no table provided: approx 7ft x 5ft $63.00

Premium Website listing (top 5 positions): $21 (confirm with Carly if this is available)

Tablecloth rental: $10.50
